I was dissappointed in the mix-up with the delivery date and the "surprise" was ruined... however, there was no hard time given about including the chocolates free of charge to make up for the error. I felt that you did what you could to rectify the situation. Thank you! I will use your company again in the future if I send flowers in the area.

I went to Flore for a very special condolence bouquet. Lori, the manager, helped me pick out something really beautiful and also helped with choosing a card. Flore took care of everything after that, the flowers were delivered on time (even a little early) and looked just beautiful. I will definitely be using Flore for more flower arrangements.

Flore in Southbury is an ABSOLUTE TREASURE! I live in Seymour, and I wouldn't think of using any other shop for my "floral" needs. I called upon Lori, owner of Flore, for delivery to several local hospitals, a few condolences (unfortunately), as well as three Birthdays recently, and have been thrilled with her creative choices, as well as the expediency and timeliness...on two occasions, I called and needed "delivery today", and she graciously accommodated my requests...I also connected with her for "out of town" deliveries, and her instructions to the local florist where my mom and sister live were so specific..the results were absolutely beautiful..and my mom and sister were thrilled. I will only call upon Lori & Flore' as future needs arise... Flore' is NOT just a "Flower Shop"...It is a beautiful, european style florist with great gifts as well...I invite everyone to visit the shop...it is so lovely, and the products are unusual...definitely worth the trip!

I have used Le flore' for a beautiful floral arrangemnt. They are artisitcally arranged and only the best flowers are used not alot of fillers. I used to use the florist in Woodbury, Wild Flowers, that was very expensive but just as beautiful. Lori can do the same with less of a price tag. I bought her Le Flore' baby products, and oil for gifts and myself. They are natural, no chemicals and made from flowers. I love them.

Thank you Lori for the beautiful flower arrangement that you made up for me as a centerpiece for my dinner party. Not only did I receive many compliments but the flowers lasted a long time. Your creativity and use of flowers were exceptional. I also love the lavender soap I purchased as well. Your shop is such a fun place to browse through and you can always find something new.

I ordered on a Sunday. The next day, I received a call to say they didn't have the exact flowers in the picture. This was fine with me as I always prefer that the florist use her artistic sense and whatever is currently available to create something that fits the mood. My mother was delighted with the arrangement, and when I arrived a number of days later it still looked great. I would much rather order directly from a florist local to the recipient, and I was delighted with the result.
